1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and select international destinations. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be extended. It could take a month, subject to the product being available.

3. Shipping Time

Domestic Orders :  Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days.  
International Orders : Delivery time varies based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout, typically ranging between 7-15 business days.

 

4. Shipping Charges 

Domestic orders above ₹10,000 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this amount will be charged a nominal shipping fee.International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

 
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

 

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
